HP / Agilent 4339A High Resistance Meter

The HP Agilent 4339A High Resistance Meter is a single channel solution for accurate high resistance and low current measurements. The test sequence program function provides an automatic measurement process (charge-measure-discharge). A variety of test fixtures for components and materials are available for the 4339A.
