Configurable test sets (optional) provide access to the signal path between the internal source and the analyzer's test ports. This option can increase the instrument's sensitivity for measuring low-level signals, invert directional couplers for greater dynamic range, or add components or other peripheral instruments for a variety of applications, such as high-power measurements. Extended power range (optional) adds a 60 dB step attenuator internal to the RF source path. The attenuator extends the source output power range to over 80 dB, providing maximum flexibility when stimulating the device under test.
